A: The serial number can be found on the back of the main unit itself. The serial number is made up of 2 letters/1 number/2 letters/7 numbers.

Q: My retailer does not currently have the Blu-ray Home Theatre System model
I want to purchase in stock. They have advised that they can place an order for it but
it may not be delivered until after the promotion ends. Can I still redeem a bonus gift?
A: Yes you can, but only as long as you can post your completed claim before the last mail date for backorder claims which is 15/03/10. To still be eligible you must follow these steps:
1. It is very important to note that you must pay for your Blu-ray Home Theatre System in full during the promotional period.

Q: My retailer is delayed in sending my Panasonic Blu-ray Home Theatre System
and therefore I can’t retrieve the serial number. What can I do?
A: Please discuss the delivery date of your Blu-ray Home Theatre System with your retailer. Panasonic is not responsible for deliveries of Participating Products that are late, lost or stolen.
If you will not be able to finalise your claim within 21 days of purchase because your Blu-ray Home Theatre System has not been delivered, please submit a ‘backorder claim’. Follow these steps:

Q: I would prefer to keep my original receipt. Can I send a photocopy along with
my claim form?
A: We require the original receipt to validate your claim. Your claim cannot be validated if you have not included your original receipt.
Panasonic will return your original receipt to you when we post back your Quickflix voucher, however we do recommend you keep a photocopy of the receipt for your records.
Q: When will I receive my bonus gift?
A: We will validate your claim and post your Quickflix voucher within 28 days of receiving your claim form and the original purchase receipt in the post. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your claim to be received and validated.
