A: The promotional period commences on Saturday 24th October 2009 and concludes on Tuesday 24th December 2009 or until claims have been lodged for all 12,000 units of each bonus HD gift, whichever occurs first.
Q: How long do I have to complete my claim form?
A: You must mail in your claim form and original receipt within 21 days (15 working days) from the date of purchase and no later than 14/01/10. We will check dated post stamps on envelopes and any claims that do not comply will not be validated.
Q: How will I know how many of each gift is still available?
A: You can visit the website at any time to see the number of gifts available in real-time. You can also send an SMS containing the word ‘BONUS’ to 0429 826 687. You will receive a reply SMS containing the number of gifts remaining at that time. Standard SMS costs apply. The SMS update is only valid for that point of time. Alternatively you may visit http://gomobi.to/bonus direct from your mobile handset at any time for an update.
Q: The bonus gift I would like to choose is no longer available. What can I do?
A: There are 12,000 of each of the bonus gifts available, so you need to be quick and lodge your claim! The website & SMS service can keep you updated on the number of gifts remaining. The website will clearly communicate if a bonus gift is no longer available. You are able to choose a remaining gift in its place.

Q: How do I locate my serial number?
A: The serial number can be found on the carton box of the TV and also the rear of the TV unit itself. The format of the serial numbers on our TVs is 2 x alpha characters followed by 7 x numeric characters.

Q: My retailer does not have the Full HD model I want to purchase in stock.
They have advised that they can place an order for it but it may not be delivered until after the promotion ends. Can I still redeem a bonus HD gift?
A: Yes you can, but only as long as you can post your completed claim before the last mail date for backorder claims which is 31/03/2010. To still be eligible you must follow these steps:
1. It is very important to note that you must pay for your TV in full during the promotional period
2. You must complete your claim form online within 21 days of your purchase date, including making the payment of the $17.50 for postage & fulfillment. The only information you can not provide on the claim form is your serial number, as this is found on your TV when it arrives at your home
3. When you are filling out your claim form, please tick the ‘YES’ box when you are asked if your product is on backorder
4. Remind your retailer that you require your TV to be delivered in time to ensure you can finalise your claim in time for the backorder last mail date which is 31/03/2010. Please discuss this with your retailer if you are concerned you will not be able to finalise your claim by this time. Panasonic does not take any responsibility for any claims received after this date
5. Once your TV arrives, return to the website and log back in to retrieve your saved claim form. Complete your claim form by inputting your serial number. Q: My retailer is delayed in sending my Panasonic Full High Definition Viera Plasma TV and therefore I can’t retrieve the serial number. What can I do?
A: Please discuss the delivery date of your TV with your retailer. Panasonic is not responsible for deliveries of Participating Products that are late, lost or stolen.
If you will not be able to finalise your claim within 21 days (15 working days) of purchase because your TV has not been delivered, please submit a ‘backorder claim’. Follow these steps:

Q: I would prefer to keep my original receipt. Can I send a photocopy along with my claim form?
A: We require the original receipt to validate your claim. Your claim can not be validated if you have not included the original version of your receipt.
Panasonic will return your original receipt to you when we post back your bonus HD gift, however we do recommend you keep a photocopy of the receipt for your records.
Q: When will I receive my bonus HD gift?
A: We will validate your claim and post your bonus HD gift within 8 weeks of receiving your claim form and the original purchase receipt in the post. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your claim to be received and validated.
Q: How will my bonus HD gift be delivered?
A: Your bonus HD gift will be delivered via Australia Post eParcel receipted delivery. This service will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel online via Australia Post.
Q: The Australia Post delivery schedule shows that my parcel was picked up over a week ago but it hasn’t been delivered. What do I do?
A: You will need to contact Australia Post to obtain an update on the delivery of your parcel. Go to the Australia Post website or call: 13 13 18 and quote your eParcel tracking number.
Q: I registered online, how can I tell if my claim form and original purchase receipt has been received?
A: Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date you posted your claim form for it to be received and validated. Please ensure you allow for higher volumes of mail being processed by Australia Post during the Christmas period and also allow for the numerous public holidays throughout this time.

Q: The details on my completed online claim form are incorrect. How can I change them?
A: You may log back in and retrieve your form to update your details. If the website does not allow you to make these changes it is possible that your bonus gift is being prepared for dispatch, and possibly even your address label has been printed. Q. What does the handling & fulfillment fee cover?
A. The payment of $17.50 covers the costs associated with the various processes involved with the verification of your claim & the fulfillment process, including the associated postage cost.
Q. I’m uncomfortable using my credit card on-line, what other methods of payment can I make?
You can only lodge your claim making a payment using Visa or Mastercard.
Q. Are my credit card details secure?

Your payment details are encrypted which means they can not be deciphered when being processed. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers at any time. Q. What is the refund policy?
Customers will be refunded the full amount of $17.50 for postage and fulfillment should their claim be unsuccessful and a bonus gift is not dispatched to their residence. A refund for the handling & fulfilment of the gift cannot be awarded should a gift be dispatched to the claimant’s household. Once a claimant has received their bonus gift there are no grounds for refund.
Q. What if all 12,000 units of the bonus gift I wanted have already been claimed?
If all 12,000 units have been claimed you will still be able to choose one of the alternative remaining bonus gifts. You must hurry, there are only 12,000 of each bonus gift available!
Q. How many claims can I lodge?
You can lodge up to a maximum of 3 claims per household. If you would like to claim up to 3 bonus gifts you must lodge 3 separate claims. The $17.50 postage and fulfillment cost must be processed for each claim you lodge.
